We are with this company since two months and we have never had a weekend time that they promise that’s the beginning I could’ve not go to church or anywhere else because I was the main caretaker for my mom on the weekends They are not willing to help with anything in the home So I do not have any help and they are not consistent on showing up on time and they take days off whenever they please and call in sick which I don’t think they are They do not call or text when no one is coming, so I get stuck without help very inconsistent company. I would not recommend to anyone. April is always in a rut and very confused every time we talk to her She is I guess the manager there or whatever she does not very happy with this company And hopefully other people doesn’t experience the same thing

I was with this company for 3 yrs and was supposed to have aid services every day during the week, which many times no one showed but but worse.. no one from office would call me to inform me that no one was coming as i waited for an aid. They also did NOT train their aids and they would often come in and not know what to do.. or they would sit on their phones. When i questioned the business about a situation i was sent a letter without my name on it and not signed that i was being terminated as their client. I would NEVER send my family to this service... as i have heard on several yrs that there is some "FISHY" business (with money.. charging for services that where not used).
