We stayed at Lima Memorial for my wife’s C-section, and the overall care and staff were exceptional. A special shout-out to Stacy and Kelly, they were absolutely wonderful. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They took incredible care of my wife and our baby, and they are perfect examples of what exceptional nurses should be. We are genuinely grateful for everything they did. The only drawback was the room. Our suite felt quite small and cramped, which made things a bit uncomfortable. This is definitely an area where Lima Memorial could improve. However, Stacy and Kelly’s outstanding care really made us overlook that issue. Thank you again to the entire team, especially Stacy and Kelly, for making a challenging time so much easier.

My brother has been to Mercy urgent care and the emergency room twice in Lima looking for help. Nobody took the time to find out what was causing his illness after being sick for a month. He finally went to Findlay ER and he was promptly admitted to CCU and getting the help he needs. Totally disgusted with the people there.

This hospital has gone way down hill in a lot of areas!!! I’ve only seen this Dr in the hallways or anywhere 2 times in 3 hours!! The nurses are no where to be found either!!! I’ve been here for almost 3 hours for an X-ray of my knee and no one offered me anything for pain, I asked after 2 hours for some ibuprofen b/c I can’t lay down at all so I been in pain trying to switch positions to get comfortable and they bring me a Tylenol after 2 and a half hours!! I said I can’t take Tylenol b/c I just took excedrin a little before I came. 30 mins later I get an ibuprofen.
