I received this email from a Wellspring Home Health patient's daughter, praising our Home Health Administrator, Megan McCarney. Daughter asked that I share this feedback via this forum, on her behalf: To the leadership of Wellspring Home Health, I am writing to you on behalf of my mother Louise G and her family to share the outstanding support that your employee Megan Mcarney-Cielo, PT, DPT, COQS has provided over the past 3 months. Megan took on the role of Louise's physical therapist in December 2024, but she has been much more than a therapist to our 94-year-old, wheelchair-bound mother over the past several months. Megan has been an outstanding advocate for Louise, and the liaison with the leadership of her assisted living facility as they implemented a new meal program. Megan made sure that Louise's voice was heard and her limitations, safety and overall well-being were clearly communicated and considered under the new program. Megan was constantly accessible to our family, as there were several "bumps in the road" during the new meal plan implementation. Megan was quick to respond to several issues encountered on weekends and after business hours, she went above and beyond on several occasions. Megan is an excellent communicator and worked with the assisted living facility to implement documentation to ensure Louise had appropriate meals and medical care. Megan is a professional, compassionate and hard working employee that I am grateful to have on my mother's care team.
