I just called this establishment. They did not answer the phone professional she goes. Hello who am I speaking with? I say hello my name and I asked who I was speaking with and responded you called me. Was not even answering the phone with the company business name or it a professional tone makes me scared to deal with these people because how would they deal with your loved ones?

This company is the best home health agency I've ever dealt with. I've worked with over 30 different agencies to get services for my mother and once I found A-Plus, we haven't had to switch again. Its such a relief to be able to go to work and handle my business without worrying whether my mother's agency is taking care of her. I was so tired of dealing with raggedy agencies that don't answer the phone and don't sent out workers when they're supposed to. They always let me know what's going to happen before the last minute and I never have to worry about them not correcting they aides when they step out of line. I'm satisfied. A-Plus is like a major part of our family and I would recommend them to anyone who ask me.
