If you’re dealing with the Brookpark Rd. Facility and need ostomy supplies ORDER EARLY. I have called 5 times in the past 3 days, left 4 messages for head nurse and 1 with her assistant and no return calls. On my 4th call the operator said she spoke with me 3 of those times so she went above and beyond and sent them both a message to contact me. NO LUCK. I even called my home nurse and she contacted head nurse to call me, NO LUCK. I called corporate office but have to call back they are in meetings. The only reason I haven’t switched company’s is because I love my nurse Misty, She is wonderful!!!!

I have a bad thyroid condition which makes it hard on me to take care of my mom full time and work almost full time..everyone is short handed everywhere and trust me I too was upset I wasn't getting more help. But if this was their issue..give them another chance because when my mom got out of the hospital.. Kettering hospital which is amazing themselves worked with this company and they set everything up for mom. Now she has about everything she needs. They are really great with my mom. She absolutely loves the nurses and staff and they are all wonderful. Be patient. This is a hard time. We are all struggling with our loved ones and finding the right care...but give them a chance. They really do try to help as much as possible and with the short staffing...they have been incredible. Nurses and nursing staff deserve compassion..they do try their best. But what they do is very important to this world. Keep that in mind. I couldn't have done this without them. Trust me ...I have been through and seen the bad ones...this company is definitely the best in my opinion.

Great care of my grandparents (2 grandfathers and 1 grandmother) as well as for my father following a knee replacement. Staff is very considerate and kind. Very knowledgeable in ways to be most effective for speedy recovery. Would highly recommend.

I cannot even express how great the staff was with providing amazing care for my grandparents & father-in-law. They were always so attentive to their needs, acknowledged their symptoms & pain, found creative ways for them to participate with therapy, even when they didn’t think they could do anything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Also, I think it’s pretty bad that one review said their grandfather died under their care. How ridiculous.

Numerous scheduling and logistics issues. Nurses were great once they were scheduled to come. Although we were setup to be seen every Monday evening and supposed to get a call the day before we had to call to insure they were coming. Sometimes requiring me to call a second time. Known by many company names: Kettering Home Care, Alternate Solutions Home Care, Heartspring, and Alternate Solutions First.
