Choosing a home care provider is a difficult task. When my father moved from Florida to live with us in 2014, we needed help a few hours each week. We started with one of the large, nationwide home care providers and found the services "just ok." Fortunately, we found out a year or two later that my father's VA benefits included some assistance with home care. The VA connected me with Cura Care, one of their approved third party providers. After a conversation with Frank, I knew this was the right provider. Frank spent a long time on the phone explaining all the ins and outs of VA benefits. He and his wife had actually started their Cura Care business because they had personal experience with the tangled web of finding the right caregivers and paying for home care for their own aging parents. They know the challenges! Throughout the last few years, we have had several Cura Care caregivers for my dad, each very capable. Our last spent almost a year with us and almost became part of our family. She was reliable, compassionate, and considerate of both the needs of my dad and our own need for privacy. As my father's condition declined, we needed to add hours and supplement respite time in order to continue to keep him here at home. Cura Care was always able to fill in the gaps with extra coverage for anything we needed. In addition, Frank handled all the paperwork with the VA as far as invoices and reimbursements, and I can't imagine how much money he saved us over the years. Good care, reasonable pricing, and personal attention. Highly recommend.

Let me jus say that this company is absolutely amazing !!! They not only go above an beyond for their clients to make sure quality care is provided but also their employees. Anybody looking for quality care for a love one that never you never have to question the ability of the job being done. Barb, Frank, Cindy, or Mrs. Tabitha Justice are the people you wanna make a sit down appointment to tour quality care at it's finest !!!

Terrible service and unreliable provider. We were supposed to have a caregiver at the house at 10:00, but did not show up. They say they have a call in procedure, and, if one does not show, they will know and contact us. Trying to contact them at 10:30, we had to leave a message. My wife, from work, tried an hour plus later only to get someone that was unhelpful. One of the owners, Frank finally got in touch with her after we had already arranged for an alternate. The solution they offered was terrible, and, they did not call back from the message until 3 plus hours later. My 91 year old mother with dementia had to lie in bed all this time. If you really are counting on a quality care provider because you need one on time, do not call this company.

I have been extremely happy with the help and work of the employees of Cura Care for my Aunt! I work in the healthcare field ,and know all too well that sometimes finding people as knowledgeable and caring as the employees of Cura Care is hard to find. I also can’t say enough about Tabitha! She has really gone over and beyond to help make sure my Aunt has the best possible care! It’s obvious she loves her clients!

When I think about the service and support that Cura Care provides, the first word I think of is Care, the second word that comes to mind is Family. When my sister and I were looking for in-home care for Dad, we talked to many companies and read many reviews. We had experience with Medicare support, but the companies that provided were very sterile in their approach to Dad. Eventually, we called Cura Care, talked to Frank, and discussed the Dad’s care requirements with Tabitha. So we accepted their support for Dad. It has been over a year now, and Dad’s support is terrific, they help Dad like he is family, and we grateful and confident in care provided. And, Tabitha is excellent, and even when we have last minute needs, she works fast to provide the support. We also found their Medicare support to be incredible, their well-qualified and personable nurse care is second to none.
