I felt they were very supportive and assisted me when needed so I could provide attentive and empathetic care to my patients. I genuinely loved working with my patients! They, as well as their families, were all so kind and welcoming.

But only does this place not care at ALL for those patients, the have lied to me, and had enough nerve to say I wasn't compliant.... That's just the over the phone, the nurse that came out constantly went thru my stuff without asking, assuming there were medical supplies, I even had to grab a box and tell her that it was ordinal and to but just go they my things, it didn't help, then she has spoiled a soda and didn't mention it, I found out because the liquid slowly came down to where I was sitting. And got all my papers wet, then having a non healing wound IV my leg, I had to get down in the ground to clean it up... I then had then come for would care, and they had absolutely no idea what they were doing, everytime she wrapped it, within 6 he's, it would totally fall apart and I had to do it myself, I then had went to the hospital due to an infection, I have cirrhosis and have to get surgery ever 6 months to see if it has turned to cancer, I have kidney stones, weeping EDEMA, mental health issues, high blood pressure, and a couple more ailments and I'm trying to balance all these things out... So when she said I had not contacted then in 11 days so that was why I was not compliant... But only did I attempt to get a hold of them, I thought IF anyone would understand, A NURSING AGENCY WOULD.I HAD AN EMERGENCY DUE TO INFECTION, THE LAST THING ON MY MIND WAS TO CALL THEN TO check in, when I was heading towards sepsis... But after they complained about me not contacting them, which I did, they said they were going to call me back to let me know, and I never got a call, idk if they were trying to be funny, but I am NOT FOND OF HYPOCRITES, FOR THEM TO SAY THEY WERE UPSET I DIDN'T CALL THEN BUT THEN THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK, SHOWS A VERY UNOROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, ALL OF THE PEOPLE IN HERE THAT HAVE PUT GOOD REVIEWS ARE WORKERS IT FRIENDS IF THE BUSINESS, IF YOU SEE... IF YOU CAN AVOID GOING THRU ABC, do yourself a favor and listen to all these reviews by the consumers... The aren't very good reviews and the staff has no training, if they did, they weren't listening

ABC Healthcare has been wonderful to work with. They go above and beyond to ensure nurses are in place and are able to provide the care needed. They also were able to provide nursing services with less than 24 hour notice. Exceptional company to work with

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. There is NEVER an aide that comes regularly, and, if there is no aide, you will find that out on your own. Never a phone call from the company. Very laid back with employees attendance, professionalism, or otherwise. If you are completely disabled, find a company who is concerned about your well being. It's NOT ABC. If they feel like there is a relative or other who can care for the patient (that ABC is billing for), they will let them do it, whether it's convenient for you or whomever. #EMBARRASSMENT
