Grandma Barringer

The nurse aide that comes to my neighbor's house, sits down and eats her Meals on wheels and watches soap operas. The aide has made herself too comfortable and is taking advantage.The apartment is no longer cleaned and dusted properly, or swept, soap is left on dishes. I'm disgusted. My Neighbor has not had a bath in days and has no medication management and she is driving unsafe because she is poorly monitored.
