Latanya Freeman the scheduler is very ignorant. A few clients left the agency due to her being rude and a liar. She stated to my client who returned from respite care that “she doesn’t work on a Sunday’ after my client spoke with her twice on a (SUNDAY on call) And told her to call me in to start service because the client received services 7 days of the week. Luckily my client was able to reach the supervisor Yelena to start services again, since Latanya freeman refused to do her job... My client contacted the VA being that he's a veteran and left the agency, because he no longer wanted to have any dealings with the agency because of her. Latanya also stated to me that I didn’t deserve a raise because I don’t do fill ins when she asks me, the fact of the matter is I didn’t have to. It’s not my fault she couldn’t find someone to cover whatever client needed to be covered. I ONLY serviced my client and That’s it... I didn’t and wasn’t doing fill ins. So she was mad with me and called herself punishing me by not calling me after my client asked her to, and this was on 3 different occasions. However, she wasn’t punishing me she was actually punishing the client, since he couldn’t get services in a timely manner due to her ignorance and lack of concern, MR Homecare lost my client because of her. So hopefully the agency will call me and the client to get the truth of why he left, because Latanya definitely will come with lies.

My grandparents have been patients of MR Homecare of Cleveland for nearly 7 years. Their aides have been nothing less than STELLAR! Any sort of help that I ever needed, I knew that I could give the office a call at any time and they were more than happy to help us out with our questions. Their nurses are great, coordinators are great, HR people great. I highly recommend them if youre looking for help for a friend of relative in need.
