Elara Caring should be named uncaring with very argumentative and pushy individuals that work for them. My Mother is a client for this agency. The level of care and respect is 0! From the initial scheduling to the the provider coming out to the home. I was informed by both Dario, the PT and Angel the urse that they only to give less than a 25 hour notice to arrive to the client home! How ridiculous and inconsiderate! Angel , the so -called nurse is very rude and unprofessional! She does not know how to speak on the phone. She arrives to the client's house late. And then when you call to find out why she's late she lies about the arrival time! Who would want someone like this to care for them or feel comfortable in their care? I am very peeved and disappointed in this agency, the workers, and the level of professionalism. The seniirs and Elderly are in eed of services. They need caring and loving people who enjoy what they are doing to care for them. This is not the agency for care!

In working with Elara, they have always been quick with addressing questions and settling concerns. Elara is definitely an asset and good resource for our community. Thank you for all of your hard work in helping people continue their healthcare journey at home.

I Have been with Elora Health Care since December 26. The overall care I have recieved was wonderful. From Intake to Discharge was in my opinion exemplary. Nursing. PT, Ot, were very helpful as well as the the staff who would contact me on days that I did not have scheduled apts. With them. This agency runs like a well oiled machine. HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL WHO CARED FOR ME.

I just signed up with this organization for Home Care and was promised two weeks ago for a physical therapist and a nurse. I finally got the nurse and was supposed to have three visits a week and have only received one. Did not get physical therapy scheduled until I called and complained. When I complained, I got a person that acted like they could care less about my situation. When I asked for a supervisor I was cut off. I did finally have a nurse call that was going to schedule a visit at 7 o’clock at night. I don’t think so. I am a senior and need my rest at night. The only reason he was scheduled is due to my complaint. I don’t know what has happened to this organization, but it has gone downhill. I had them once before and they were good. If my situation does not get straightened out, I will be looking for another Home Care.

Some nurses much better than others for sure. One of the nurses showed up hours late on several occasions. Same nurse changed bandages on open cut then threw her gloves on my dining room table. I requested she put in trash can 2 feet away. She was slow and talked non stop, felt like she was looking for more hours/money. My original paperwork indicated there would be no charges. They are now sending me bills. When I ended the treatments on my surgeons suggestion Elara called me non stop, to point of harassment... I would not answer after the first call I do not recommend, Cleveland Clinic uses them.
