About a year ago I was in assisted living and needed wound care. The nurse Nicole came in around 8 or 9, disregarded the fact that I was eating breakfast and tried to wound care while I was still eating told her I was eating how could she miss the food tray. She finally stopped. Fast forward to March of this year. Again Nicole this time to my house, first visit went fine. Second visit she (Nicole) came, looked at my bandaged wounds and said they smell your going to the hospital in a barking demanding tone. I argued with her because no one talks to me like that especially in my own home. Finally I said I would go give me 10 minutes to get my stuff together. She said she has other patients to see and called right away. Now an average visit is at least 30 minutes and she hadn't been here that long. She didn't wait for the ambulance nor told my care giver she was leaving. I called the office and talked to April I believe that was her name about these issues, I got part of the one from this year and was told she didn't need to hear any more. She will address these the issue with Nichole, I'm not a client anymore. I will never use Always Best Care for anything.

I am surprised to read poor reviews on ABC. We were 100% satisfied with all the care our mother received from ABC after a fall and related surgery last year. We had a nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist and home health aide for showering. Each staff member was exceptional. We would definitely use them again.

This was not a good experience at all. Unfortunately, I was thrust into a situation of caring for my father and he had nothing. No insurance or anything and I have been working night shift as a nursing supervisor and had to leave my job because this was so overwhelming. Contrary to belief all nurses do not know everything. That being said I was connected with this agency and I received one nurse visit from Linda Oct 19 and never heard back. Until Corinne a nurse called to tell me she was coming on the 28, but I was not available and she informed me I needed to call the agency. I called and was told I had missed 6 visits and was no longer eligible to receive visits by Sherry. She was quite curt and a little abrasive and insisted that they were right. I left a job making 10k a month to care for him so I would not miss appointments when that was the whole purpose of leaving my job. Rama another nurse called on the 27 and those were the only calls I received. So, apparently they were scheduling visits and not notifying me. So disappointing, because I like the therapist Beth who was very good with my father. I will be utilizing another agency. As a nurse for 22 years and a supervisor I have no reason to lie as the visits would have been a help to me in this overwhelming situation with my father who is now living with me and terminally ill. As a supervisor I have learned diplomacy and how to diffuse a situation and when a customer tells you there is a problem you don't tell the customer what they could have done better and how your staff "ALWAYS" documents. As a nurse, supervisor, and manager I know nurses make mistakes. I just urge anyone utilizing this agency to do your due diligence and document phone calls and other sources of communication. I will report them to Medicare as well, because people's loved ones lives are involved. Now I am having to go back to the doctor for a new order and hope he can get visits.

I switched to Always Best Care from another visiting nurse association and I’m so glad I did. The staff was great and made every effort to help my mom recover from her stroke. They always gave us 1 or 2 days notice on appointments and were always on time. If we had to reschedule, they were understanding. Most importantly, they helped quite a lot! I highly recommend them over VNA. Thanks for helping our family.

I am very pleased to recommend Always Best Care Cleveland South. The staff of ABC are hardworking, genuine and wonderful individuals that truly have a passion for caring for others. I cannot say better things about their management as they are quick to respond, deliver excellent customer services and genuinely care about giving excellent service. They are very understanding of delicate situations and handle issues with sensitivity. I wouldn’t trust the care of my loved ones with anyone else. Excellent organization!
