Michael Tucker
On September 27th United Health Care told me that I qualified for in home nursing and an aide. They supplied information for Delight. My case manager called and confirmed they were set up with UHC and could provide services then had my Doctor write up the request. A few days later they did a home visit and verified that my had submitted the written and signed orders. Another couple of days and they sent out aid to set up schedule. She left agreeing to 3 days a week 10am to 2pm. Then nothing. Over thirty calls, always promised they would call back. Never did once. Beginning of November case manager spoke with her supervisor and found out Delight was not returning calls to UHC. Then a few days later she actually answered the phone and asked for insurance card. Why then? Then back to ghosting me and case manager. I needed help. They tied up my resources and prevented me from looking elsewhere. They harmed me. Should your loved ones or you ever need home help please do not trust our call this company unless you like unprofessional people that don’t come through. Today is December 3. 67 days the strung me out thinking help was coming.
