If I could give zero stars I would. My only complaint is fidelity healthcare after hours phone answer person is incredibly rude, not compassionate and this list could go on and on. I don’t have time for that. Other than that most services have been great. We shall see what this looks like the further I get into this process.

I signed up to get care from Fidelity while in hospital. I met with someone who told me all they did. At no time did I get told I had to do a weekly appointment. I have never done this before. They tried to set up the day before Thanksgiving and than again when I had a test for kidney values. Then they wanted to come on Christmas eve, I said no. But again I had no idea I had to let them come. I was called and they wanted to come early, I asked if we could do later. And she started scolding me, telling me they weren't. going to come anymore. She implied I lied. She told me they would finish out two appointments and would call. They never called, and this was my experience. They didnt follow through when labs were ordered and I called them more than once about that. Than I was informed how they cant just do labs and they cant take me to any appointments. I was told they could. I was never informed about the rules. I did not know they had to see me weekly. I would have never agreed. I'm very disappointed in this service. Telling me the rules would have saved time and trouble. I dont need to be seen weekly.

I would like to say that whoever handles the DME/oxygen supplies is horrible!!! However the social worker Rebecca , she definitely DESERVES A RAISE !! A big hats off to her, she is absolutely amazing!! The nursing care is also okay. But whoever works in the rest of the department for your medical supplies- needs fired and replaced ASAP!! Not only do they lie to you, they will also lie to your physician as well. And for this very reason we changed companies, no I do not recommend them for any medical supplies

My husband had Fidelity for PT/OT and nursing. The PT/OT program is a JOKE! My husband has not walked in over a year. They never tried to sit him up in bed or even attempt to get him out of bed. What they did do was blow up a stupid balloon and play volleyball with it. How flippin' IGNORANT is that? And before any of you at Fidelity answer this review stating that you were trying to build up his core muscles, save it! He had problems with his cath not being inserted properly one day and it took them 8 hours, EIGHT HOURS, to come out and change it! My husband couldn't urinate for EIGHT HOURS! I wouldn't let these guys do PT/OT on my pet rock. If you can get another facility to come in, then by all means, DO IT! Avoid Fidelity if you can!
