*the below is actually for the New Lexington Ohio branch, but I’m fairly certain the administrator I am dealing with right now Roderique, is also overseeing this place. Based on the reviews for this one, I see no issue posting mine here. This so called “HealthCare” business is beyond deplorable. Within two weeks time, my completely disabled mother was dropped in her own home by two separate aides. On one of these same occasions before the aide finally showed up, she was also left in her own urine for 3 1/2 hours. When asked why this had happened, since there is a perfectly good Hoyer lift and bedside commode in her home, the office manager Nadine decided she would purvey lies to myself such as “my mother told all of her aides she didn’t like the hoyer lift” and also that “my mother requested to be sat on the floor” according to the second aide that dropped her. Both of those explanations are completely laughable, why would my mother, who only has use of her left arm and hand, “request to be sat on the floor”? As far as her “not liking the hoyer” the first aide who dropped her, told my mom “she didn’t know how to use a hoyer” And my mom, being who she is, and having been sitting in her own urine for 3 and a half hours said “that’s fine do what you’re comfortable with” never did she say “she didn’t like the hoyer”. This Nadine also lied to my mother the same day I talked with her and these lies were given to me. She told me the lies, then hours later the same day tells my mother “she hadn’t talked to the aide yet” so yes. Nadine is a liar. I have been given nothing but the run around by both Nadine and a Roderique who is her boss, I have no answers as to why any of this happened to my mother. I just want to put this out here so this doesn’t happen to anyone else, this business is absolutely deplorable and disgusting. I would also like to add that when speaking to Grace, the president of this company. I told her I found it laughable that my wife who is a RN. Hasn’t used a Hoyer lift since she was employed with a nursing home in either 2017-2018, not only showed my 75 year old father who has never even seen one. But, also myself who has never used one, how to use one in about 5 minutes. They are not a complex medical device like her and Rodrigue want myself and anyone else to believe. Grace went as far as to say something along the lines of “your wife is smart, she is educated. You have to understand that not all of our people are, most of them only have GEDs.” Great look for your company Grace, outstanding!

I have had a great experience with this company, both from the patient side ( my son) and as an employee! The staff has been great! I definitely recommend to anyone!

At first, it seemed very promising, but the nurse they sent to open my case was not very knowledgeable in her assessing skills. The aide they sent was very sick, only having one lung and really should not have been working in the first place but I did decide to give her a chance. Gaining MY trust is not easy, especially when you work for 4 hours one week and submit a time sheet for my signature for 28 hours, Another thing that occurred was I was "missing" some disposable razors, and some other items that, if she would have asked, I would have given her. Stealing from clients is a big taboo for any client or agency. Because of her, I had placed in a request for an aide NOT on welfare, and of my ethnicity, not because of racism but because I have had nothing but dismal failure after failure with what I have been told to refer to as "Welfare moms" looking for work. I am not a hard person to take care of, but I do insist on honesty across the board and I am not going to accuse her of anything without proof, but her health alone was a very strong red flag for me.

This is one of the most amazing home health care company in Columbus Ohio. I am so grateful for your services and thank you for taking care of my brother. The other companies were more interested in showing us just doing enough, and the aid will spend her time on her phone. Then your company came along and yes we had real patient care. Thank you. I will recommend your company any day and any time.

Very disappointed in there services. When they come for the initial interview they are very positive and attentive, but once you agree to use their service you realize it was all a lie. If you call them no one knows what is going on or takes responsibility for any issues. The aide staff are not trained in the most basic areas of home health care. Scheduled service times were missed without notification, and given the excuse we are short staffed. (they could have called to say no one would be out). I give them 2 stars only because the aides they send are polite and really do try to do the job, (but this is not ojt). Their Nursing and admin staff always have excuses for what ever went wrong. I tried them for about 6 weeks and finally had to let them go. I do not recommend them!
