they have one good OTA Alyssa. She is amazing the others I wouldn't let them treat my dog. management is weak at best. last ota I had(Andrea) suggested I go elsewhere so I did. management is not patient-friendly at all. they don't try to resolve issues. they make it unbearable until you leave

Good location, good equipment, friendly regular staff. but the director Darcy has control issues. Not sure what's going on with this woman but she acts like you've committed a federal offense when you end up sick and in the ER and forget to call off. It is not okay to call people and harass them when you miss a class. Especially very early in the morning. I find Darcy unprofessional with the attitude she has. I don't appreciate being treated like a grade schooler when I'm just trying to continue my pt. Personally I'd rather just go to a regular gym.
