Horrible company. Stay away from them! They promised two shifts Of care when I signed up. Before the very 1st day when we were counting On them, they said they had no one at all for afternoon shift. We had to scramble to get this covered. 5 times in a 2 weeks, They left me with no one to care for me. They would call at the last minute and say there was no 1 available. When I asked what I was supposed to do, they said they did not know. I am a paraplegic and they knew I could not get out of bed without help. They carry very low staffing and if one person calls off , it upsets the whole Apple cart. The owner lied to myself and my case worker several times. I would not want anyone else to go through what I have been through with this company.
