When I first started about 2 -3 months ago it was about 4 stars..... now that I know how Kristi the main girl is not notifying me when I wouldn't have an aide or lying to my case manager about sending aides and no1 comes!..... the receptionists are very polite and helpful and the 1 aide I had was awesome.... so if you send your loved ones here be prepared to be mad because this company really doesn't care if you have an aide or not
