Stay away from this place as a caregiver and or, someone searching for caregivers. Place is so unorganized! They have a miserable lady by the name of Anna working there. She doesn’t know her job and will say one thing one day and another the next day. Then denies everything. She tries to speak like if she has any educational background but we all know people with proper etiquettes don’t speak that way. When she gets caught in her lies then her real lack of education side comes out cursing, lying, and bickering. She forgets she works in a rinky-dink, dirty little office making chump change and tries to look down on the employees that work there. She also forgets who she really works for which is the patients a/o their family not the other way around. Well she and her upper management learned the hard way. I pulled my family member’s contract from this nasty place and in the mist of it they lost 3 employees. Not to mention any future contracts & employees recommended to them. Gracefully the contracts are now being referred to an agency where the secretary is amazing, professional, and has the proper etiquettes to professionally assist patients and their families in trying times.
