I had an appointment through JFSA and called to find out how to connect with the counselor for our first meeting. I also have gone there for a background check. I am extremely disappointed in the receptionist and the staff that took my fingerprints during my background check. When I went to get my background check, the woman grabbed my hand and held it down on the fingerprint scanner. During Covid I do not want my hands to be touched by another person. I hope that they take the 6 ft of distance seriously and refrain from touching others who enter their building. The receptionist on the phone at JFSA has been extremely curt and rude towards me on numerous occassions and yesterday she was demeaning. She told me I was not entering the website correctly and that she could not send me a link via text to the site. When she realized that the website was down, she contacted my counselor but warned me that she may not keep my appointment since I had been on the phone with her for 14 minutes. I have been waiting for my appointment for a month and a half. Plus that isn't her decision. I'm surprised JFSA tolerates a employee who is the first interaction someone may have with their nonprofit to conduct themselves in this manner.
Chuck Price
Chuck Price is the best thing that ever happened to JFSA. Very concerned for Survivors. They lost a lot when they let him go.
