In today’s world it is so hard to find individuals with a good work ethic and who truly care about those they work with. You have found a rare employee in Julia B. I do not believe I have seen anyone take such care of their patient as she has. Julia has gone above and beyond to learn about her patient, her needs, her new electronic equipment, and her likes/dislikes. I cannot stress how great it is to see an employee go to such lengths to help their patient feel like everyone else. She not only listens to her patient but also to the other caregivers who work with her. Julia takes all information we provide and runs with it to help her patient improve in her function each day. Thank you for pairing Julia with this patient. It has made a world of difference in the quality of life for this patient.

She quickly and efficiently learned the necessary technology for her client achieve the clients goals of mobility and communication while keeping her medical condition stable. 2016 I signed up with Maxim Healthcare. My caregiver Joyce Smith goes beyond the call of duty for me. I had a stroke and my memory is not the best nor my mobility anymore. She does everything for me and has been with me for the past 9 years. I was acquainted with one other person who was there for me 8 years Vickie Hightower the nurse. She was like family, because that's the way she made me feel. As far as the other employees I really don't know. What I do know my caregiver would always inform me about she always had some tests she had to do so she could be knowledgeable for me on all aspects. Only one complaint what they pay their workers should be increased for the work they are required to do. Otherwise I think they are awesome and very attentive.
