It’s too much time taken, How can someone take a month to deliver a 10 days course? In other schools they take two weeks but send your person here if you are willing to waste a whole month. Too bad.

Mr. Clement was a great instructor, the course was affordable and close to home. I passed my CNA exam this past weekend. I had went to a online CNA school and had a hard time not being in person to learn the skills. Highly recommend.

I attended the STNA class in 2007 after my grandmother broke her hip. She moved in with my family and I wanted the skills to provide her the best care possible. The man teaching this class spoke very poor English and for the section of the class where we provide in person care person care in the nursing home, I was partnered with a student who told the teacher that I hit the resident in order to get me kicked out. Once rhue tried to withhold my license I found out that this student was a friend of the teacher, had multiple mental health issues, this was her fourth time taking the class and because she had failed four other times and had gotten out of jail less than a year prior. My mother actually found out about her prison record by looking her up online after the school brought she and I together to discuss the issue. I was 18 at the time so they asked for a parent to be present for the meeting since I was under 21. It wasn't manditory but he suggested it. I found out about the mental health conditions because during the meeting she accused me of a number of things that didn't happen. She had mentioned to me in the class that she struggled with mental health and was on several medications so I brought this up during the meeting asking her why she was doing this to me and if she thought it was linked to her mental health. She never told me what she had but the teacher continued backing her and the ceo had to be involved, looked at the records from her last four classes and found she had done this kind of thing a student in 3 of the four classes. I had outstanding reviews by the nurse who oversaw our work even though she just checked in after the first day and she spoke to the woman the student said I hit and this resident told her that this student made me do everything so I got my certification and she did too. This was a 42 year old woman. The teacher was very mean and down eight refused to give me my certification so the ceo had to come in and make him sign it. He had a huge issue with my age the entire class. I now have been through a college level nursing program and learned a lot of things he taught were old practices and no longer used. My mom took the STNA class right after I did but at another facility which was much better. Also something to note. The maniquens looked as if they were parts pulled from the garbage. Dirty with a black arm duct tapes to a white maniquens, a woman's head on a man's body, a white foot and hand duct tapes to a black man's body. They were all dirty, scuffed and poorly cared for. This was back in 2007 so it may be different now but I came across an add for them online today and felt I should review on this experience.

The instructor, Clement was very good and also knowledgeable. He is strict, but you will learn alot from him. I took this class for Nursing school. I passed my State test the first time around because of how he trained us. I will certainly recommend this company to others.
