The physical therapists from visiting nurses are helpful and do a great job! My mom had visiting nurses come in. The nurse spent an hour and 45 minutes on her iPad asking questions. She took her vitals and left! The nursing part is useless!!! For that reason I give them three stars.

My 95 year old mom fell and hurt her arm and wrist pretty bad. The other day,, Kate visited her as well as Justin. My mom loved the experience. She said they were both attentive and extremely knowledgeable. She said the physical therapy is already helping. “AMAZING” was the word she used, because she could tell they sincerely cared. Thank you

My mother’s doctor ordered in-home PT, OT and a nurses aide. Everyone at Salem area visiting nurses were extremely helpful professional and compassionate. We will definitely contact then again if she is ever in need of in-home therapy.

I am being extremely generous by giving this business one star, I seriously am debating on if they are worthy of that. One of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with in the Health field ever!! I used them when my premature infant child was brought home from the NICU, I was induced almost two months early due to toxemia. They started out okay however as time went on and my daughter started progressing we became less and less of a priority to them. They stopped scheduling ahead and would just show up or call right before they expected to see my LO and if we werent home or able she wasnt seen for the week. Then they accused me of not answering my door one of the times they just dropped by when in fact we were not home!!! At the end of our expierence they Lied to me saying I lost my Insurance coverage which I thought didnt sound right, so after calling and checking around making sure I still had coverage I found out that wasnt the case at all when I confronted them about it they told me that my LO simply wasnt sick enough to be worth it for them.(at this point she was still having breathing issues and wasnt gaining weight) which we later learned was due to a lactose intolerance. However bc this is such a small town I had to resort to dragging my infant child out in the middle of winter to her peds office and expose her to who knows what twice a week for weight checks. This company didnt make any attempt to hide the fact that there time was more valuable then mine and that my LO wasnt Sick enough to make bookoo $ off of anymore so they dropped her!!:(
