Seems like no one here understands that my fiancee has been in and out of hospitals and rehab facilities for the last six years, and because of apartment building renovations for the last four years, how it could be understandable that some things could be misplaced. If they were that concerned about certain things, they could have waited until my fiancee's next appointment with their Primary Care Physician, last Thursday afternoon, for a better evaluation and assessment. Instead of waiting, or maybe even contacting my fiancee's PCP themselves, CenterWell made a hasty, rash, and inconsiderate decision to not accept my fiancee for urgently needed home care. As of 9 AM on 10/26/24, I will NOT be recommending CenterWell to anybody that asks me.

Excellent Therapy Company, very accommodating and helpful, would definitely refer them to anyone needing therapy.

The team has been fantastic! Our nurse Isobel made my mother's transition to home far less stressful. She really managed my mom's care so well, getting her health stabilized. Had we not had her and this service, we would have been back in the ER; the ER was not what my mother wanted. On a personal note, Isobel was warm, kind and patient. She always took the extra effort to communicate clearly with my mom who was adjusting to new hearing aides. Isobel was also a source of support for me which I greatly appreciated. Ilynn, my mom's nurse's aide, took the discomfort right out of personal care for my very private mother. My mom looked forward to her visits because they helped her feel better on so many levels. Ilynn was really safety conscious (ex. Mom doing stairs; transferring in the shower). She was patient, and always took time to talk with mom. On a personal note, Ilynn is thoughtful and kind. Mom and I always looked forward to Ilynn's visits. My mother also had PT (Elliott) who was really good-- very knowledgeable. He watched my mother's symptoms and communicated well with our doctor. He also provided us with some great community resources (ex. Visiting Physicians). He got my mom back on her feet and moving safely. He was respectful, kind and motivated mom with his good humor. Elisha, our OT is wonderful. She continues to help mom with relearning ways to do activities of daily living, navigating the house safely, and building strength. Elisha communicates well with mom, is extremely respectful, and observant to changes in mom's condition. Cory is also an OT who has visited 3 times who manages mom's care plan (?). We have been really happy with your agency and the care everyone has provided. Good people. Caring and knowledgeable! Maureen Riley-Behringer

No one seems to know what is going on. Your web never gives correct info. Even your employees are fed up with it. Otc services are terrible, they don't have the products we need. Everything is always in some type of update process. I hope you get the point. Thanks!
