They can't even keep good workers communication is terrible with some of the girls and then the company lie and say they going to call you back and they don't even call you back

My experience has been initially okay but soon went to horrible...within about a weeks time I wasn't getting any home aid...excuses, lack of communication, no shows, hours of service cut, days of service changed, everything changed and without contacting me and making me aware, workers would falsify information, lie, get irrate and disrespectful, the worker assigned to me lied on me to justify walking off the job, wanted to argue and fight...called her office before I could and made false statements...about me...office nor worker contacted me about any changes made...worker seemed to always try to find a way out of work or an excuse for being late or not showing up...uppset I didn't let them make up hours...etc.

I can’t speak for everyone else but they are the bomb I haven’t had not one problem schedule is always on pointI recommend people who has just received their home health aide certificate and adult CPR to apply with them .....Service is great Even the people that works inside of the office are nice very respectable people
