She makes sure everything is perfect with our meds. She makes sure we are physically and mentally taken care of. She has become family to us. She is such a asset to your company! Casey and Dawn are two of the greatest people Floyd and I have met through Interim. They are both very caring, and make sure all of our needs are met. With Casey and Dawn we never feel like just a patient, we feel like family. Dawn is always on time and cheerful. She is always patient with us. Always going above and beyond. Even on my bad days she knows how to make me laugh. Casey always makes sure things are taken care of like meds and reporting things to the doctors. She makes things easier for us, and helps us understand things.

Aides came to my home after having more than 10 different ones for 2yrs, they stole most of my pots, bowls, food, toiletries, silverware, even used my credit cards and EBT for their personal use, reported to police, they can't do anything unless I have recorded proof. Be careful of who you let in your home. Update... Got cameras but aides moved them so they won't be recorded, now what can I do?

When the aids do come, they are almost always late, and some will actually leave to smoke or chat on the phone outside. Sometimes the aids won't show up at all, and Interim won't notify me about it, so I will wait hours for someone to come when they actually aren't. When I do call to ask for someone to come, they will never call me back to let me know if they are sending anyone else to replace the absent aid. I will have to call them every hour in order to get someone to talk to me and get an answer. They don't keep track of their workers, and will ignore or avoid you if you need help. Awful place, only cares about your money.
