If I could give this place No stars I would there is a lady that works for my neighbor it a 2 apartment complex so we share a driveway. Well like 3 time she has brought her boyfriend and his friend to sit in the driveway till she got off. They’re out there walking around playing their loud music no care in the world that my partner and I work nights. Now today she brings her son with her 1 why isn’t he in school 2 why would you bring you sick child around elderly people that is if he’s even sick.

If you speak your mind while being a client with Prime, you will be terminated with prejudice. We had an incident in our home regarding the recertification nurse going against our wishes. I called this morning to make a complaint against said nurse. After speaking my mind, I received a call back this afternoon and was told we were terminated as clients. Do not sign on with Prime Home Care if you desire to have freedom of speach in your own home.

My experience with Prime Healthcare has been a very positive one. I really needed help after an injury to my hip and followed by a Spinal Surgery. Not being able to go to a facility for the usual PT because of my physical condition and not having very good luck with regular PT, I was stuck at home with no help. When my doctor suggested Prime Healthcare and the fact they came directly to my home sounded good to me. It’s such a different approach to pain that I gave it try . It’s been a life saver for me and their approach to my pain has really helped. I would recommend them to anyone suffering with pain or chronic pain.
