Not a good company to work with. We went through them years ago for our son who was a baby ar the time. We had a hook and eye LATCH on his door to keep him safe. We would latch it at night when he was in bed because the door did not stay closed. We have a gas stove and were afraid he would wander, turn it on and get burned. We decided that we would be able to care for our son without help from them so we canceled service with them. She said if we stopped service cops would be called. The next day cops showed up here claiming we were locking him in his room which we were not. We took the latch off the door and called the landlord who came in and fixed it. The latch was there to protect our son. At the time she tried to get our son taken I was working in home health for another agency. We had both positive parenting and help me grow visiting weekly and he was enrolled in early intervention along with speech, occupational and physical therapy. There was no risk of harm to our son. These are all mandatory reporting agencies. I worked in home care for 9 years till my health prevented it and can definitely say this is a place to avoid. To this day, the owner holds a grudge because we did what we thought was best for our family. It should be your choice to stop care if you feel it no longer fits your family or to change agencies. Nobody should be forced to stay where they are not happy.
