After the passing of my grandfather I was told to go home and grieve and that everything would be planned the next day. To my surprise 2 hours later I was called and told that I had 1 hour to find someplace to store my grandfather’s corpse. 100% lack of management, empathy, and accountability on their end.

Due to hospice, we could take care of our mother at home. The nurses, aides, all the staff were wonderful. They gave us great advice and told us what to expect, came regularly and whenever we needed them, gave us the supplies we needed, bathed Mom and washed her hair; and most of all, they gave Mom and all of us the care and support we needed. It was work taking care of Mom, but it was loving work. We are so glad we were given this opportunity to do this for our mother and have the confidence we were doing things well. We wish now that we had known about hospice for our dad.
