I am sharing about issues that happened with my sister who was a client of theirs. Her aides name was Summer Sheridan. The aide would never show up on time, never stayed for her whole shift and would be demeaning to her all the time. She called the company several time over these issues and was ignored or left with no aide all day even after being told she was on her way. (Mind you she is a double amputee). The company nurse never came out to evaluate her except one time when she went to this company. The aide also tried to falsify time records which my sister informed her case worker about. There was no help from upper management in the company when my sister reported the issues. Please be cautious when going to this company, check on your family members so this doesn’t happen to them.
