I highly recommend Ohio Living for in-home Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Nursing. I spent 31 days in ICU at The James. With not doing almost any moving in that time, I lost the ability to move my legs and sit up on my own. I spent 14 days at an inpatient facility before I was sent home. Upon getting home, I still could not move my legs and needed assistance rolling over and sitting up. My therapy team and I worked for eight months together, and during that time, I went from a wheelchair to a cane. I went from needing to be dressed to dressing myself. Alley, my primary PT, and Anna, my primary OT, were fabulous. They were encouraging, nurturing, and challenging. I asked for and was given exercises to do between their visits which I religiously did. During my eight-month adventure, I also saw Z and Jerry for PT and Sean for OT. All of my team was fabulous. Gail was my in-home nurse for part of this time and was incredible. If you want to recover and are willing to do your part, this organization is the best. I will never be able to repay all their efforts in aiding me on my road back. I have graduated to outpatient therapy and cannot wait to get started.

Very poor management leading to fast turnover and poor continuity of care. Management does not know their jobs and blame lost revenue on them being "non profit ". Treated rudely, UNPROFESSIONAL, non Christian. All the hospice nurses have left in the last year. Some have been there for over 10 years! Suggest go to National Church Residences for care.
