I took my CNA licensing test here. Upon walking the building I already had a bad experience. I walked upstairs to the suite and when I walked in no one was in there so I called the number on the door and the lady that answered was a little snooty. She told me to go all the way to the end of the hall and I ended up finding the room that I was actually supposed to wait in. Me and one other girl were moved to another room to do our knowledge part of the test and the lady that was supposed to be proctoring and supervising us was on her phone the entire time and once a video ended up blaring from her phone distracting both me and the other girl taking our test. Next came time for us to take our skills portion of the test. When I walked in the room the lady already had a pretty heavy accent so some of the things she was saying to me was a little hard to understand and when I asked her to repeat herself she would often look at me like I was stupid. I began gathering my supplies to begin demonstrating the skill she provided me and in the middle of me gathering my supplies she rudely said “you only have five minutes” this immediately made me feel rushed and unsettled as this is already a situation that would make someone nervous. I should’ve gotten her name but I do not recommend taking your state certification test here at all.

I genuinely wish i read the reviews before scheduling my cna test here, they told us to come 20 mins early for check in for a test that started at 10am they didn’t check us in at all until 10:15am after waiting all that time she then informed us we needed a social security card which was never pushed out on the confirmation email, their website or prior to me wasting 45 minutes. Then was rude about it. Don’t test here
