This place doesnt deserve one star. The entire staff is awful. Absolute horrible customer service starting from the initial phone call. That alone should have raised a red flag. I dont know how this doctor has a license to practice or how they stay in business. D

They have the friendliest front desk person around, and their clinical team is ready and willing to help however they can!

Home health concontion has change a lot I have been with the company for Almost 4 years.when I first came to this company I wasn't sure if I would like it it was very hard to understand the staff most of the m were very rude and disrespectful and so was I I was told it was my proublm and I was not going to get new staff. after awhile I finely get good staff in my home Karen started with me two years ago and now is the home manage there has not been in I and out staff very special and undering and there no behavior. And I am passing my own meds and finding a job and keeping it also pc has done. A lot to change theatre around and helping me with my coping skills so I say the company has done a big turn around

There is nothing professional about this company. Every incident that has happened with my son he is always the blame. My son is not being cared for properly. The nurse rarely makes it to his house to check in on him, staff is unprofessional, lack of documentation, POOR oversight from the Program Manager. My next step with this company is reporting them to the State.

Over the past several years a family member who I was in direct care of dealt with many different home health agencies. This one, HOME HEALTH CONNECTION is the worst in Columbus. There are many different reasons for my saying this. My family member had cancer and was unable to give own medication and formula, so the nurse would come daily, even twice a day. After about one year of this (daily nursing) the family was told that we would no longer receive this care we depended on. The reasoning was that the RN who was coming out to the house was coming out without permission. This caused my family member to no longer to be allowed (by insurance) to receive nursing care. The RN Case Manager then came to the house and explained this saying it was our fault and we would be "going down". I WOULD NEVER ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF MY PET FISH LET ALONE LOVED ONE!
