I have had to experience another hospice company prior to using Interim which was a bad experience. The staff that took care of my daughter was so patient and kind. They became apart of our family. Even after my daughter passed they still was checking on her.

My real rating is -5 my father had open heart surgery before we left the hospital we were told by Deborah Russo that someone would call in the 4th of July. They called on the 6th were over an hour late and then said our home didn't meet there standards. We had already told them we had pets the lady was in the house less than 2 minutes before she stepped out to make a call. That was when she called to refuse care. Now my father is crying and we are scrambling to get him care. Don't waste your time or money with this awful business!

Interim provided 24/7 care for my sister for a little over one month. She was admitted to hospital for seizure. On day of discharge we were advised they were discharging her from their care due to staff shortage. This left us to find another home health care with no notice. I would think they could have had the decency to give 30 day notice. When we chose Interim I was assured they had staff available. Had issues with some aides as well, falling asleep during the day, leaving the house before next aide arrived.
