Sonya has been so good and caring to my husband, Chuck & myself. Very cheerful & knowledgeable. Listens to what we want & follows through. She has never been late. We have a wonderful time together Conversing. Don't want to lose her like we have others. We are still happy with Sonya & the care she gives us. Very good at her job. Very caring & very protective of us. We work well together with Dr appointments & Moonlight was good with us making up her time. I thank them for that. HAPPY THANKSGIVING to everyone. Update: our Sonya is so SICK & can hardly talk & trouble breathing. I am thankful she has a friend that is taking care of her so she can be in fresh air & be at peace. Sonya called us this morning to let us know, Moonlight will try to get someone out here until she can get back. I am okay waiting on her to get well. The laundry & dishes will get done. Heavenly Father, be with everyone 🙏 ✨️ ❤️

Very unprofessional company. Who schedules an interview just to not show up? No word from them about rescheduling either. No we're sorry for being late, let's reschedule, nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

Place needs to closed for good. Y’all steal money from employees and clients. An employee literally took $3500 from a client who can’t walk or use his arms smfh. I can’t even be mad at the Employee when the company is taking from its employees I guess she was trained “properly “

Very knowledgeable friendly staff. All appointments are top priority. All questions are answered with educated answers and a professional attitude. I would most definitely recommend this company for care of yourself or a loved one. If I could give more stars I would.

The Long Way Home

Not a reliable agency first off they never answer their phone. The aides are highly unreliable. They no call no show frequently. The are habitually late for shifts. They are on their phone or in their car the whole time and don't want to work much you're lucky if they do the bare minimum while they're here. Good luck with this agency actually providing any dependable care.
