My story is a long one. In August I fell and broke my knee cap. After being sent to a nursing home for care, I caught pneumonia and was subsequently sent home with it. When Rylee came to the house and checked my oxygen level she immediately called her supervisor and they decided I needed to get to the hospital immediately. The hospital found blood clots on my lungs and the E.R doctor said that if I had waited 1-2 days, I could have died. I was transferred to Tulsa, where they found blood clots in my legs. While in Oklahoma Heart I had to have 1.7 liters of fluid taken off my right lung. Then I was found to have fluttering in my heart. I thank God for sending Rylee to me because her quick response literally saved my life! She is so kind and compassionate, and for the last few months she has helped me immensely by giving me the tools to help myself from wearing a leg brace, using a walker, then a cane to starting to walk unassisted. Rylee is not just my friend now, I consider her a member of my family! ♥️

My experience with Choice Health was the best. Carly was my therapist she was attentive & ask me how I felt before & after the sessions.She helped me alot & got me to where I am & ready for out - patient. Rylie was also the best. She made sure I was where I needed to be with in home care.She also listened& answered all my questions. They are both the nicest people you would want to meet. If I ever need in home care I will be requesting both of them.

My second knee replacement in a year. This is the first time using Choice. Nurses were good, Physical Therapy was over the top. Deralyn Is a very conscientious PTA. Overall, the experience was much better than the home health that I used for the first surgery.

Do not use this company! My 96 yr old mother is in an assisted care facility and we hired Choice to come in and help her after a hospital stay. She had a sore on her leg due to a fall. They did not take care of it and it got infected. Thank goodness an employee from the assisted care facility saw she was limping and found the infected sore. Our family visits her all the time and never knew. They would never check in with the assisted care facility when they visited my mom. The reports they gave the facility and our family was that things were going well. She was doing well until this week when the infection had gotten bad. We fired them and asked to be called by Choice so we can have a conversation but nobody will call us back. We will be contacting DHS. This company should not be able to abuse their patients and get away with it.
