Thank you for my wonderful physical therapist Melissa. She always sent me a text to let me know what time she would be here and always arrived at the designated time. She explained a lot to me about my muscles gaining strength . Melissa was very patient and did not rush me. She went out of her way to helo me and educated me on my recovery. She had Chelsea the nurse check on me who was so kind and thoughtful. Also a big thank you to Marla and Chelsea my nurses. They were great!

I had Complete Reverse Shoulder Replacement Surgery at the first of this month. It was a tough surgery with a lot of pain so the thought of having people mess with bandages and such made me quite apprehensive. A day after release to home I had a visit from Community Home Health professionals. One was the Physical Therapist Angela and Nurse Rebecca were absolutely wonderful! Both were great with communication, arrived as agreed, gentle, knowledgeable and friendly. They both took time to explain everything to me and made sure I knew what to do if I needed anything and made me feel like I was in good hands.
