I would put zero stars if I could. I was sent over information from my insurance agent saying they accept blue cross blue shield. I called them to check and they told me they accept blue cross blue shield, so I got in touch with my doctor and they sent over orders, but I didn’t hear from them for days, so I called them back just for them to tell me that they just stopped accepting my insurance.

I appreciated the help that Centric gave me during my time of recovery. The people who attended to me personally came faithfully each week and communicated with me and my family prior to visits and followed up as necessary. I would work with them again in the future.

We have been using this company since September of 2017. All personnel has been wonderful. They are just like family. If I called one right now, they would come. My brother is on hospice and he loves them and he doesn’t even tell his own family that. These are very impressive people.

Do not ever let these people care for your loved ones!! This is a horrible company & they have zero compassion for the people they're working with. Hands down the worst company we've had to deal with in this entire hospice process. Thank goodness we found another company that actually cares about our mother!

I don’t normally leave reviews but today Saturday on 2/5/22 around 1:15-1:30pm, I watched Vehicle 906 of Centric Home Health Hospice constantly swerve left to right as well as speed up and slow down while driving on US 75 near Durant, OK. I assumed the person was distractive driving so I proceeded to the passing lane to pass Vehicle 906. However it was a slower truck ahead of us both, so Vehicle 906 merged in front of me as well to avoid the slower truck. No problem, however Vehicle 906 started to slow down again appearing to be distracted, so I flashed my headlights to get the drivers attention to the road, opposed to whatever distraction was inside of the vehicle. Out of spite, the driver threw their hand out of the window making some type of gesture and decided to slow down even further to impede traffic for a few miles causing the passing lane to slow down as well, creating a traffic backup in both lanes. I thought that was completely rude and uncalled for and I have the driver impeding traffic on camera as well. We’re all trying to make it home safely after this winter storm and braking suddenly while on recently icy roads could have caused a nasty accident. The driver represents a company that thrives on helping people not creating more problems. If that person is responsible for driving the company vehicle, maybe they should be just as considerate on the roads as well.
