I needed to know about my pt for knee replacement surgery. Talked to case worker on Friday let him know I had Dr. appointment on Monday that I had to go to on Monday or change it. I talked to Joann on Saturday told her the same. Talked to the 24 phone line Sunday evening told her the same thing. Still know response, called, left a message when they opened at 9:00am. Called again around 9:15 told I think Stacy my predicament and that I had to leave my house by 9:30. She thought she could get someone to call me and they did after I left my home. I called Shannon when I got home and I explained I had to start on Wed because of the shot I just got in my non-surgerial knee. I have to stay off of it for 2days and I had to have the 4th shot before Wednesday. She told me she didn’t care when I started so I set up to start on Wed. Wish they where more organized so I could have started today like the Dr wanted. Oh, well I just do I less PT session. Hopefully the rest of my therapy will go smoothly.
