I’ve had problems with getting home helpers that will show up. When they don’t, they tell me that they are short staffed and they have no backup. So I sit in dirty clothes, hair not washed, sheets not changed and a dirty kitchen. I wish I could do all this for myself but I can’t. Think twice before hiring this company. Mr.John Ray speaks so highly of his company but he’s not hearing from patients that aren’t treated with the care they deserve. So I hope he reads this review!

If I could give a NEGATIVE review I most certainly would. They lie and document they have came and checked on a patient when they have not!!! My family member has Congestive heart failure which causes swelling her feet are so swollen fluid is leaking out of them for a week now and they have been called NUMEROUS times and never showed up. The office of aging came today and called an ambulance because she has been NEGLECTED by Haven Hospice. Bullshit company with Bullshit people running it. A lawsuit is going to be filed

This company is the best. I had another company with my first surgery. The therapist had my family get me up, watched me walk, and discharged me after the second visit. Haven has gone above and beyond what is needed. I work out twice weekly with PT, and also with OT. They work with me, doing it! exercises on my knee, and arms. We actually work out. I see a nurse every week also. I highly recommend them.

I've been with Haven for about 2 years. In that time I've had a few fill in aides and they were nice. However my full time aide April is AWESOME, FABULOUS and hands down the best aide I've ever had. She took the time to learn how I like things done. She makes sure my needs are taken care of. I've seen her check to make sure I remembered to take my meds. When I'm doing personal things. She's let's me do for myself, but right there if I need help. That gives me as much independence as possible and for that I'm very grateful.

My grandmother Camille had found out she had cancer. We decided to use Haven Home Health for her final days. Everyone involved expressed their professionalism by being committed, on time and interested with her well being. She was well taken care of. Haven has taken health care to the upper echelon of the industry. The scheduling, operations, information, procedures, and execution were next to none. To put it simple they expressed great concern for care and treatment. Often times the nurses would go to great lengths to comfort and support her physicality, mentality and spirituality. I've never seen a company so advanced in the health care industry. Lastly, I do recall that the volunteers were present through the entire progression. These are kind, soft hearted people that are few and purposeful. They attached to her and gave her a feeling of comfort that was very impact full. In all, this was the most efficient company I had ever seen. They legitimately care about their patients through compassion and knowledge which is astounding. Great Job to all that was involved. We were honored to have met you all. Keep doing great and magnificent health care.
