I wouldn’t suggest them. Maybe someone needs to investigate them because they are charging the insurance company to have a nurse come check my husbands blood pressure and NOT do physical therapy like they were hired to do. What’s the point? The ladies that actually came were nice but they don’t know what’s going on. Something is not right and someone needs to investigate this backwards company. Absolute waste of time and money which has EXTENDED my husbands recovery. Thanks A LOT!

Was given like 5 home physical therapy visits by my insurance. 3 of the 5 were nurse visiits who didnt do any pt. I only got 2 actual pt sessions. And they were spread out so far apart they wouldn't have done any good anyway. Nurse visits are more expensive than physical therapy visits. I think they send more nurses on purpose. I feel like they're scamming insurance companies and customers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were bought out by Mays home health and since then they have let go ALL Lifespring employees!!! Today they walked 27 people out the door…no warning at all. Just called the police and had them all escorted off the premises. They do not care about the staff or the patients!!!!!

The instructions from my surgeon and the hospital upon discharge after surgery were completely different than what they wanted to do. After multiple calls with less than helpful people I finally convinced them to call the surgeon. They reluctantly partially followed the instructions after they spoke with the surgeon. They could not have been less helpful.

Company has known for two weeks that my dad needed wound care, but just kept saying that the hospital and doctor need to send orders. We picked up the orders from the physician and still won’t provide wound care. No follow-up and lots of excuses were given for their neglect.
