I cannot begin to express how disappointing this company was to me. It is clear that they are short- handed and nurses overworked. One nurse was so inept and inappropriate with her conversations that I’m not sure how she has remained employed with them. The other nurses laughed about her. Office personnel accepted my insurance that later became an issue with not only my account but my personal care. I repeatedly asked the office manager if all was well and the answer was always positive. Obviously, it was not. My wounds were often unsatisfactorily dressed and bandages and Cotten used stuck to blisters on my open wounds. Many times, the dressings dried to the wounds and caused them to break open further and bleed.. Empty supplies and trash was left in my medical tub and therefore dressings were not always available. More times than not, in order to have sufficient supplies, I had to order and pay for them out of pocket. I could never in good faith recommend this company. They definitely need closer supervision by medical and nursing boards.

Sherri Stoneking treated me and my family with kid gloves during a stressful, trying time. I really appreciated that!
Matt McNeil
Sherri Stoneking was especially helpful to us in our hour of need, and was incredibly diligent in finding Mother the care she required. Two massive thumbs up for Sherri and Abiding Home Health!
