They sure are picky on which insurances they admit and how long they will keep you based on your reimbursement. Mgmt is terrible and they have a high TURNOVER rate! They often operate without correct physician orders for wound care.

We used these guys for my husband's physical therapy after knee replacement in March-May. We couldn't have asked for better care and more competent staff. Cant say enough good things about them. This comes from a nurse who can tell between competentcy and just winging it!

Matt and the team from Amedisys Hospice Tulsa have been so wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for more loving care for my dad. Matt’s so kind and loving. Truly angels on earth. Thank you all so much for all you do for all those that need your help and guidance. Means the world to know families are in good hands. God Bless you all. ❤️

I had a bad experience with the RNs, an excellent experience with Occupational and Speech therapists. It's a mixed review. I am giving it the lowest rating because when I was having issues, I could not get the Nurse Manager to return my calls. I cancelled the RNs even though Mom needed the help (Had to text the RN personally since I couldn't get a call back). The first RN basically took her BP and spent her whole time here documenting (What, I don't know). She missed Moms swelling and various other warning signs, but the OT caught them. The first and last visit from the replacement RN left my Mom distraught and upset and I couldn't get help from the facility after several reach outs. She had me sign discharge papers the minute she walked in the door even though she had more visits? Mom said, "what did I do wrong?". She has Alzheimer's and that broke my heart. We needed the security of their help. Unfortunately, I didn't have that.

Amedisys was so helpful when we needed them. We had a tough situation, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everyone was professional, compassionate, and most importantly, they spoke to my mother in addressing her needs instead of me. Too many medical professionals speak to the caregiver as if the patient isn’t there and the one in charge of her health. That alone puts them head and shoulders above the rest.
