So grateful for this home health service. My grandfather with cancer has been in such good hands. Toni, and Kyra were his nurses, by far the most caring genuine individuals, always answering my questions and giving advice no matter the time of day. They weren’t just in and out , they talked with him, shared stories. Grew a bond with him. He just loves them so much. We have switched to hospice so sadly they won’t be with us anymore, but I highly recommend this service for your family if you need home health. Great people, sincere. So thankful he was under their care. Wish they could stay with us with hospice. 🙏🏼❤️ also would like to say the manager Carla was extremely kind. I never had the pleasure of meeting her, but we spoke over the phone a few times and she was great too. Good people all around.

I have had nothing but very good care from Missy. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions so I can understand what she's telling me. Very satisfied with her!

Twice referred by their primary care provider, my grandparents have been clients in multiple occasions. Of the multiple health care professionals they've worked with, only 1 would show up and do the work they were hired to do. The rest would come, usually hours late, and do the bare minimum. They skip basic steps like taking blood pressure and weight, but record those numbers as if they had. They are as brief as possible and don't give any real health care services while at my grandparents home. Every time my grandparents have been referred, they've eventually had to terminate the service because of the reasons described above and more. I would not recommend this service for yourself, or for a loved one that you are a caregiver for.

You know when a company that doesn't offer exactly what you want knows the local market and lets you know who does, and you really appreciate it? (Just like 'Miracle on 34th Street' with Macy's staff sending customers to competitors for Christmas toys). I so appreciate Angels Home Health referring me to another company (who was the perfect fit) that I'm writing this review. I can't speak for their care service, but their customer service is patient-centered and terrific. Thanks!
