Don’t use this place if expect quality care or your loved one is important to you. After a total colectomy surgery my brother could not get his ostomy supplies from this service. They were given a list with item numbers of the supplies he needed but they never brought the supplies on the list. They brought some incorrect supplies, random leftover from other patients, a couple of times that he couldn’t use and insurance won’t cover anything we ordered while he was on home health.

The best most caring people. My father went into Nursing Home. And needed hospice care. His sister had been in and Alpha Hospice cared for her. When discussing who to use my 92 yr old father said use Alpha they cared for Goldie and were wonderful. Janet came and signed us up and has been the best at answering all my questions and I had many, I would apologize for bothering her and she would just say anything anytime. I think God for their help and care.
