After one of the drivers almost hit me while running a stop sign at 1:15 pm on choctaw road and S.E.15th street, the driver proceeds to brake check me over and over again. When I tried to go around they would speed up and start to move into my lane. I wouldn't trust this company to drive my family. They deserve no stars.

The only good I see in this company was the PT (Torie) contracted through them. Had total knee replacement and when I called about trying to get a nurse out to look at my incision and things that were going on. There comment was if it's concerning to go to the ER in which I did because they wouldn't send out a nurse during normal hours . So that's another bill I have to pay. Plus no one came until I called again to come due a dressing change. When nurse finally showed up after ER visit in which the Dr at the ER said to call my home service she checked only on my vitals and was trying to leave and I said aren't you going to check my leg and she said I guess. Then she called office to get a ultrasound done on leg when I showed her the swelling and redness around my leg. When calling the office for the DON was like pulling teeth to get a response or she would call my daughter instead of myself. Tiffany was the director. I explained several times my concerns and that the hippa violation was broken. The only time she would call was after business hours in the evening to respond. Another nurse that came out was looking in windows after she knocked before I got to the door. All I'm saying it's sad to have to call them when you have a nurse that was scheduled and did a no show and have to call for a reason of why they didn't show up as scheduled. Not happy and don't recommend

Shelby and Makenzie went above and beyond when my mother in law was on Hospice!! They were very responsive, compassionate, & professional. They helped us get through a very rough time and we will always be grateful. Thank you very much!

A great experience with physical therapy however the nurse was unprofessional. As a retired nurse, many years spent in HH and hospice, the nurse did not live up to nursing standards. And the company did not attempt to offer a resolve or an apology. I've let the physicians office know not to use this company for their patients, and I would not recommend this company for any surgical after care, not even emptying a catheter bag.
