This company has been the worst company I have ever contact with . Do not send your loved ones here my mother has not had help for 2 weeks I have called and all I do is get sent to vcmail and no call back

WORST company ever, I had to select one star, but they deserve none. If you've the misfortune of dealing with this company, I highly encourage you to stay on them about the "services" they provide. Lauren "the admin" lacks compassion and understanding of medical needs, to her and others in this company, it's all about billing Medicare, but providing little to no services, other than sending "alleged nurses" numerous times per week to check temperature and blood pressure, despite being told to limit nurse visits. Now, the "alleged nurses," they lack home training and walk into people's home without even greeting those in the home. They show no identification and their attire is unkept to put it nicely. I highly encourage you to seek help with the Oklahoma State Department of Health hotline if you or your loved ones fall victim(s) to this company and their blatant health care fraud conduct. They refused to do a simple discharge without being complicated and continuing to bill Medicare for NO REASON. STAY ALERT!! Follow up to response, I did email and other than the posted vague response, I have yet to hear from anyone from your company. Again, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!

The young woman that Elara caring sent is a blessing. My apartment was so messy and needed to be taken care of and she dove right in and my apartment looks better now than it has in about a year. She has helped me get my apartment back to being clean.

This was an amazing home health organization to work with! Very caring and considerate nurses, especially AJ and Nadda. AJ always informed us the night before to let us know approximately when he would be coming the next day and he informed us when he was on his way as well. Both nurses that cared for my aunt were thorough, caring and respectful and we will miss them now that my aunt is back in health, thanks to them! I have had experiences with several home health organizations in the last 11 years between my mother and now my aunt and I can truthfully say that Elara was the best! Thank you so much!
