Brittany and Lori were very professional and helpful. They both helped problem solve with me and listened to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend using Excel for any physical therapy need.

My experience has been wonderful. The nursing staff was kind and caring. The only problem was getting supplies ordered. I ask for three weeks to the different workers but have not received any thing yet however there may have been problems I don't know about. There are a few things I'm about out of. Thank your for your kindness and care Vickie Coy

My experience was wonderful. Brittany has such a sweet personality and is very caring. She knows what she is doing. JANEE is perfect for OT and I enjoyed having her come see me. I already miss both of them. I would certainly recommend Excell as a care provider and would definitely use them again.

The nurses at Excell are caring and efficient. The administration is the absolute worst. They are not interested in the healing process but in administering insulin shots for their livelihood. If there is a director. I’m not sure if she truly works there as she never returned any phone calls. The receptionist would take a message but I began to doubt she worked with patients in resolutions to problems at all. Shortly after the beginning of my care, Kristen, the asst. dir. began threatening to discharge me for “non-compliance.” In reality, she gave me three non-related reasons for the discharge. I couldn’t do anything right. When she was successful in discharging me, I appealed to ACENTURA, the governing Medicare board, twice and won both appeals because she failed to provide my reports. Basically, because she fabricated comments. Once I won the appeal, she refused to send out a nurse to change my bandages. This went on for two weeks. My nurses were really good and good to me but I felt like they were turning in reports to appease her and keep their jobs. I could never recommend this company nor their true concern for healing the sick. To my nurses and aide, I thank you dearly. I am sorry for the staff that must continue to work for her and as long as she is there, I could never recommend Excell.
