Melinda is the most unprofessional agency I’ve ever worked with. She is a bully and doesn’t communicate about replacements when the aide is unavailable. I don’t recommend this agency for your loved ones. Everything that she promises doesn’t happen. Very poor communication and business practices. Stay away.
