This is absolutely without a doubt the very worst of the home healthcare services in the area. I seriously doubt they drug test their PCA"s. They're never on time if they show up at all. When they do they are watching the clock and doing as little as they can as slow as they can. What they do best is lie to you. Not just the Pc's but the office personnel as well. You never know what time they'll arrive,as it seems that none of them know what a courtesy call is. I was going to say that they don't know how to use a phone but that wouldn't be true ad they are constantly on one when they get to your place. Save yourself a lot of headaches and use anyone else but this agency
