My mom's Dr referred us to hospice on Monday around 1 and we met with them by 3 and had all our needed supplies by 5. Her medicine did come late (9:30) but all the same day. The next day her nurse came out and he was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately my mom passed within the week, but they were there as soon as we called and helped us get everything done. Her nurse even called me to give his condolences. I was very concerned about using this company for my mom's care because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad we did. Everything went very smoothly and everyone was very nice. I would recommend.

My mom was on Home Hospice, confined to the bed. I went by on Thursday the aid was a no show, not feeling good about the nurse I meet either. Mom was admitted to the hospital that evening with pneumonia and died this past Monday. The nurse said she was a level 2 and the medication would calm her anxiety and help her rest.

Several times different nurses have come to do wound care. They throw the waste and wound vac canister in the garbage can beside the patient's bed and leave it. The trash stinks and the patient should not be expected to take the trash out. What is their protocol for contiminated trash disposal?

They refused to doing anything for my mom accept fill prescription and take vitals. The nurse yelled and threaten my dad several times. Please check other hospice companies because you will find out you will get 100% better service with other companies.

So far the nurses are really nice. I wish they could supply you with gloves!! I feel like that's a pretty necessary supply... maybe not for the patient themselves, but for the person who is actually taking care of them. The under pads rip so easily also. And there was supposed to be a nurse that came out to give a bath Mon., Wed., Fri. She came Friday, but come Monday was a no call no show!? On Monday, she VERY much needed a bath!!!
